        Requested they check the balance on my tires. Steering wheel vibrated around 60mph. Firestone said I needed new tires, $1400, and an alignment, $200. I went to another shop. Tires slightly cupped with significant tread remaining. They balanced all 4 tires and in about 100 miles there was no more vibration. I do not trust Firestone, it appears they were looking for a tire commission rather than being willing to correctly diagnose and address the issue.
