The guy at the counter, Njad I believe, was very helpful. It has always been swift and easy transactions with Avis. (Lansing airport location) If they ever didnt have my vehicle they quickly offered the next biggest size. Been going to them for years. Best prices around and reliable service.

What started as a terrible trip was quickly remedied by Najd. Our rental agreement was incorrect and caused us a lot of stress but Najd stepped up to the plate and took care of us. The next time we are in the area, I will happily rent from this location again!

Upon pick up, the car was not ready. The guy at the desk told me he had to go look at the car because someone had just returned it and he can't rent me the car before he looks at it. He left me standing waiting at the counter for TWENTY MINUTES! He came back and apologized saying he had to put gas in the car. That makes no sense if you have to return the car full. Not only was he on a personal call when he returned to the counter but he smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, I returned the car a hour after the rental time and the guy charged me for an extra day. I will never rent from here again.

Made a reservation that was accepted only to get there and the CSR tells me they have no cars available and he doesnt know when they will get cars?? Plus he told me they dont have to call me to tell me that there arent any cars.. a complete waste of time! VERY VERY happy I didnt pay in advance cause the man was rude and I probably wouldve had to go back and forth with them in order to receive my money back! I will never waste my time with them again
