My new Samsung A23 sucks it drops my calls the camera isn't all that n then they wanna charge $5 for paying ur bill tired of Metro been with Metro for over 10yrs and I can't even get a break or get my bill lowered then $45

I went to this store looking for a certain phone, the service there was bad. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, He said they were getting them in in a few days And he would hold one for me and call me as soon as they came in. I waited the next week I went back and was told they came in but we're now all gone. So the phone call I was supposed to get never happened. So the guy told me that the phone I wanted was discontinued and no one had it., It was a brand new 5 g phone , he was trying to push me to get a different phone that I didn't want. I decided to try a different store, I got the phone I was looking for and was told that it was not discontinued it was a brand new phone that had just come out. I will never go to this store again.
