    I went in there earlier in the week to see how long it would take to get and set up our new phones and they told me it would be very quick, around 30 minutes. It took over 3 hours for our phones to switch over. As I looked around it kind of seemed like everyone else had been told the same thing as it was taking them longer than expected. They told us that the new phones needed to update before we could set them up which I understand but that should have been communicated before hand so we knew we were waisting a Saturday sitting in a store.

    This location has the worst customer service, they will send you all over town going to phone repair shops instead of taking care of their costumers who are under warranty. Now I see why this location is dead and people chose to wait an hour to be helped at the westnedge location instead. I ended up at UbreakIfix and they said they are fighting with Verizon because they keep sending customers to their shop with false quotes.

    Bought a screen protector here because the sales person stated that it had a lifetime warranty and they would replace it at the store if there was any issue. Tried to collect on the warranty today and was told to go figure it out directly with the manufacturer. Would recommend others to buy their screen protector off Amazon as the quality is the same as from the verizon store at a much lower cost.
