        Very clean. Large TV with Cable HD instead of over the air low quality channels, like some Holiday Inns have. Three employees work hard to fix the pancake machine which was broken. Very grateful for them, because pancakes are becoming harder to find, just like waffles, at so many hotels. Only constructive suggestion I have is that they spray disinfectant cleaner in the air holes of the sink in the bathrooms. If air from the hole whiffs up your nose while leaning over the sink brushing your teeth, you may gag. Ours was putrid.

        We got married a month ago & had a horrific time at a different hotel chain, this was a do over honeymoon and family visit. After that I vowed never anywhere but holiday inn ever again. And I was right! We had the absolute best stay. Sara at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel right at home and even took time to chitchat. We had the jacuzzi tub 2 room suite and we were quite pleased with it. If a little noise bothers you you won't like this room as it's next to the pool, but it was so minimal it didn't bother us. Breakfast was so good, along with your regulars they had pancakes! I didn't get the name of our housekeeper but she was very friendly and kept us stocked for the 2 days we stayed with towels,cups, and trash removal. Holiday Inn you did it again, thank you for a wonderful stay and now all good memories of our honeymoon. Thank you once again-- Heather Gray

      Pool closed for renovation! Enjoy Trails, Museums, Shopping and Great Food All conveniently located near Holiday Inn Express and Suites of Jackson! The Falling Waters Trail, miles of paved trails winding through woods and past lakes. The area is home to many Historical Museums, Ella Sharp Museum, Lost Railway Museum, Michigan Military Heritage Museum, Coe House Museum are all just a short drive from the hotel. Our downtown area has several unique boutique shops as well as Jackson Crossing Mall and Westwood Mall all within 5 miles. We are just a short drive from these well-known Jackson restaurants; Klavon’s Pizzaria, Veritas, Grand River Brewery, One North, Ichiban Japanese Steak House, The Chase , just to name a few. Olive Garden, Cracker Barrell Restaurant and Culvers are all within walking distance. The area hosts many local wineries and brew pubs.
