Worst place to live, they let other tenants threaten you and do nothing even with video proof. Never take care of work orders. Completely dirty place. as for the video footage ask the office manager it was sent to her on more then one occasion and the police were contacted and and temmira or whatever her name is knows and your housekeeper all she does is gossip about everyones personal business

I moved in these apartments with the understanding that theres no bugs, Ive been here for just about 3 months and Im seeing dozens. They arent doing anything productive to get rid of them. Im fed up with this place. If I could rate this place 0 I would. The lady whos always in the office completely contradicted everything shes said in emails regarding these problems. she lied to me about the bug problem saying it had been treated and taken care of and there were non. I just added a picture with a roach trap that I used to get the dead ones up from the floor and trapping more. In my opinion I would save your money and find something different. Also when they have pest control treat and spray the apartment they spray only that apartment until they get a complaint about the next apartment getting a roach in there then a few days later will spray just that apartment. They are very negligent to the well being of all the tenants in the health aspect

These are absolutely the worst apartments that Ive ever seen there is the same black guy that gets the cops called on him legitimately every single day at this apartment, because you can hear him throughout the whole block, screaming and yelling.

I just gotta say, we were really skeptical about this place but after coming here and talking with the office staff and seeing the room and how much they have upgraded to make this place different surprised us both. Dont listen to all the horrible reviews, this place just got bought last year and the people running it now are amazing. It took us 2 hours to get approved and get the keys to move in. The maintence people have been amazing and worked so fast for anything weve needed. The people are super friendly, lets not forget to mention you can bring your dogs! I love it. This place has absolutely changed from a few years ago. We couldnt be more pleased, our floor is so quiet! Its been feeling like home and we have only been here a few days. I dont regret our decision at all to move in here! And I bet you wont either Also ! I havent noticed or seen any alive or dead bugs! Lol so clearly whatever they did since the last reviews has been working
