I've been a resident at Albert Kahn Apartments since they first opened. It's a great place to live! The housing is affordable but looks very upscale and modern. Management has been very friendly and professional and they seem very caring and understanding towards residents needs. Maintenance has always been very efficient and friendly as well. The building also has several features that most other low income apartments do not. Such as a study lounge, fitness room, community room for events and movie nights. As well as the optional washer and dryer in each apartment. When you add the fact that public transportation and the downtown area is within two blocks, it's pretty clear how nice it is. I feel very fortunate to live here!
