Avoid this Property and Property Manager at All Costs...........
If you value your safety, sanity, and basic living standards, steer clear of this property managed by Property Manager Matt. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, the condition of the units is deplorable. From major paint peeling to potential lead hazards, it's evident that the property is not up to code. The lack of concern for the health and safety of tenants is appalling. It's not just cosmetic issues; it's a matter of basic human decency.
Maintenance is a joke. Repairs are half-hearted at best, with clueless workers botching fixes just enough to pass them off as complete. The disregard for quality and thoroughness is blatant. It's clear that the property manager's only concern is maximizing profits, regardless of the impact on tenants' lives.
Don't be fooled by the online pictures; they are a far cry from the grim reality of these apartments. The disparity between the glamour shots and the actual living conditions is staggering. It's false advertising at its worst.
What's perhaps most infuriating is the dismissive attitude of the property manager when confronted with legitimate concerns. Instead of addressing issues head-on, they make excuses and attempt to downplay the severity of the problems. It's as if they see tenants as nothing more than a nuisance to be brushed aside.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for housing. Trust me; dealing with this property manager is not worth the headache. They have proven time and time again that they don't value their tenants' well-being or dignity. Avoid this place like the plague.

Not a nice place to live, Bugs, Mold, Hardly ever had hot water to do dishes or bath in, ceiling leaked, Wet carpets from air conditioning units, Trash everywhere, all over the ground, pretty nasty place, It wasn't a good experience, If your smart you won't rent from Springport Glen apartments.

Very ran down old not kept up at all if you're looking for a cheap place that doesn't fix your stuff and doesn't care about upkeep and maintenance and this is the place smh
