Jacob-is doing a great job as a manager . I never met a manager who would listen to his residents and the turn around on any repairs is wonderful. I love it with security cameras on site. Jacob you deserve a 10 star around. Keep begin a wonderful manager.

Mr. Jack Rozen, during his tenure here at Hamlin apartments has been nothing short of outstanding! Thank you 5west group for sending such a great professional to our property. Mr. Jacob Schur has been very good at attending to the needs of our residents as well in his tenure with us. Great choice mr. Jack Rosen.

This place is the best Edit 2024 Iv been here a whole year and this place is still the best Jacob has worked so hard to ensure everything is clean and working he's been so nice goes above and beyond he really cares about his tenets. I would recommend Jacob to work with in the future

I've lived here for almost two years and my husband and I plan to be here for a while longer! For the price, you really can't beat it. Our apartment is spacious and cozy, maintenance is very responsive, and the manager, Jacob, always makes himself available and works with us, whatever we need. The community is gated and feels very safe. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. We've never had any issues.

I've been living in Hamlin Place for 6yrs now, and I am truly in love with my apartment(Very Spacious) I might add. Jacob Schur is our new manager and is doing a Great job, whenever I have any kind of issues Jacob and maintenance make sure that I'm taking care of So Jacob welcome and continue doing A Great Job with Our Hamlin Community
