Heatherwood Apartments

Man, seems this place has changed by the reviews, I stayed here years ago and it was HORRIBLE! Crackheads,drug dealers, just dangerous overall. Final straw was A shoot out out front. And nothing around but liquor stores and scary looking people. Staff was stupid and not helpful. But hey, guess times changed. But that would have been a miracle!

Ive lived here for less than 3 months and they have not honored any of my apts repairs due to having only 1 maintenance man. The manager of the leasing office is extremely rude and inconsiderate to the needs of her tenants . And when your lease is up they are going to raise the rent $200+ to renew the contract. Do not move here. I warned you !

This place has the best staff out of any place I have ever lived. They are quicker than sonic the hedgehog when it comes to help and they have the knowledge of ancient manuscrips bound in leather. 10 out of 5 stars.

This is for the apartment management Ms.Carole Love, Ms.Olivia and their staff are the most BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE kind heart respectful very knowledgeable in their field will help anyway they can and also with making sure we are safe in our complex very quick with repairs if your appliance breaks, stop working they will definitely get anything you need ASAP, when I spoke with Ms.Carole about renting was very weary about living here after actually meeting her face to face she was so nice and polite very knowledgeable in her field she explained what was needed and what the plans where to get started doing new & upgrading rebuilding around the complex cleaning it up making GREAT CHANGES here for the BETTER for our families, I told myself I'm doing 1 year than move on, that never happened still here 6 years later just signed a new lease LOVE my cozy very clean apartment with washer and dryer in every building and my building is very nice my neighbors we all get along as a whole we all keep our building safe and secure for our families also love the fact that the complex have SECURITY CAMERA ALL AROUND THE COMPLEX, maybe one day the pool will be open again and also the plan in the future the complex will be gated all around will need a code to get in AWESOME that is very well appreciated!!! with the way the world is today, almost forgot some tenants have been here for over 14 years WOW THANKS EVERYONE
