        Great place been here almost three years now, whenever you call maintenance will be right there and they are very helpful, only downside is that the apts are a little old by now and might need renovation, and it is hard to cancel the lease if you decide to do so at any point, other than that very nice place to stay.

        I would recommend these apartments to people. Quiet community, family oriented, gated community not ghetto. But on the hand I feel as if the appliances could be upgraded for the money we spend, and the carpet could be changed and touch up paint. Office staff is nice and maintenance comes promptly when you put a work order in. Been here for a nice min and never seen a bug other than your every day household bugs. Old owners didnt care but now the new owner is fixing what was messed up of course that will take time. But hes doing his best and I appreciate him for putting locks on the outside doors.

      We appreciate your residency at Cherry Hill Manor. The staff is committed to great customer service. We offer renovated apartments at an increased rental rate, but you are always welcome to apply for a transfer. The staff will try their best to re-rent your apartment in the event you are not able to complete your lease.
