They were total awesome.i needed a paper witness and certified and couldn't my own bank to do it even when I made an appointment with them so I called my awesome daughter in law jill Krueger and she set up with one at your office.thank you very much for helping me.ive told every body how your company helped me.

HORRIBLE agency! The agent who represented us promised that if we needed anything he would come onsite to our commercial business and provide us with assistance. He misled us and provided us with FALSE information. Small business owners know that being down for a day is challenging but when your business if down for 5 to 7 days; during your busy season it's a HUGE blow! We were extremely specific with what our expectations were and while he told us what we wanted to hear he repeatedly gave us his word that HE would support us and provide us with any assistance we needed; which we now know means NOTHING. If your a commercial business that needs coverage...DO NOT go with this agency, unless you like paying big money for the run around. What a HUGE disappointment!!! Customer service is a BIG ZERO once you sign on the dotted line!
