Have used this agency for multiple years and referred over multiple friends and family members. All have had an excellent experience.

Had this company for years until they jacked my premium up the year it was supposed to go down again. Cancelled my policy expecting a return of premium. Did not receive it for over a month and when I finally did it was far shy of what they actually owed me. Upon inquiring about the situation they informed me due to a computer error, the checks would be sent separately. More like human error!! Do people honestly believe that?! I don't!

Great insurance company! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the Agent CJ Griffin takes the time to actually get to know his clients and cares about them unlike most insurance agencies you deal with. 10/10 would recommend!

As far as Insurance companies go, at the corporate level some are better than others. I think Farm Bureau has handled past claims fairly. What seperates Insurance companies is the agency itself. C.J. and his pleasant staff go beyond what any agency I've ever dealt with (30+ years in business) would do. I recently had my annual workman's comp. audit, I also recently switched my C.P.A. firm. Getting the necessary information from my accountant was worse than having teeth pulled. C.J. spent an incredible amount of time working with me to get the information needed, literally 3+ months. I'm quite certain most agencies would have not helped me to the extent C.J. did. I made a terrible mistake hiring the C.P.A. I did but C.J. and his staff helped me get through. I wish more people ran their business like this.
