They helped me sort through everything when my husband died and keep an eye out for better offers, with better coverage and apprise me in detail so I can make the right choices.         After 2 days of unreturned calls...I called progressive myself. I was so over charged its ridiculous. Got new plan $100 less a month. Can't believe I was treated that way after a year!!
