My uncle is currently at this facility and sharing a room with another patient. The patient that he's sharing a room with just tested positive for Covid, so the facility decided to close the doors in quarantine my uncle in with the patient who tested positive for Covid. Mind you, my uncle did not test positive for Covid. This level of care is disgusting, do not support this location.

My mother spent the last month of her life here. Her health started to decline rapidly months earlier. We tried two different rehab/skilled nursing facilities with good reputations (Leffingwell and The Oaks), and were horribly disappointed with both. The care she received at Fuller was beyond my expectations. I would visit every day, and often I'd arrive as my mom was being attended to behind a pulled curtain. I would pause and quietly listen to how the staff talked to and treated my mom (who was often a bit ornery lol). I'm so relieved how patient and kind they were with her. She was 100% incontinent, and she was constantly being cleaned and changed here (unlike previous facilities). The communication and care here was exactly what any loved one hopes for when placing their mom at a facility like this. Thank you so much to the nurses and workers on the 4th floor for caring for my mom.

I spent the last week of my Mother's life with her in this facility. My family and I were treated so greatly that we felt extreme confident that my Mother received the greatest care available. From the social workers to the nursing staff to the hospice team they made sure this difficult time was an easy transition. Thank you to everyone with the highest regards.

No one answers the phone and there is no formal voicemail greeting. After reaching out to patient relations, I did receive return phone call. I requested information on picking up personal items after a family member passed away. I was given instructions and inquired if any type of identification was required. Kelsey stated Anyone can pick them up. Well that turned out to be correct. We found out that one day after the family members passing, his personal possessions were given to a friend, by the security department. I guess I have to give one star to post this.

This place is the worst place ever and it's scary and dangerous to have your family member there. The staff never answer the phone, I have been calling for more than two weeks now their phone is not working. I have a family member there for more than a year that they were supposed to transfer because he is not from the State of Michigan. They refuse to transfer, after I have done everything, they asked me to do. He has been to at least 10-15 social workers now. I went to see him; I could not stop crying after I get back. He had dry vomit in his ears and both of his big toes are split open because he had ingrown nails, they never cut them for him until he got a bad infection. I am scarry for him that he might lose his toes. Our family is unsure and growing suspicious as why they want to keep him there. They have him on a feeding tube that keep on going continuously until he vomits. I could go on and on. You hear stories, but this one is really the worst place ever.
