Just graduated from physical therapy and I couldnt be happier with the care I received from Matt, Josh and the whole GLPT crew. Their methods are innovative and produce great results. My low back, which has plagued me for years, feels SO much better and, more importantly, Matt has laid the groundwork for me to continue my recovery and training on my own. Im so grateful and I HIGHLY recommend them.

My doctor referred me to Good Life for the hip pain I was experiencing when running. I worked primarily with Stacy and she was amazing! The exercises and stretches she recommended helped tremendously and I was able to better understand my body and what I needed to do in order to get back to where I wanted to be. Everyone I worked with at Good Life was extremely friendly and amazing.

I had such a good experience at Good Life PT! Stacey was great; As an athlete, she helped me get on track to practicing and exercising as I had been pre-injury. In fact, by doing the exercises she suggested, I feel even stronger than before! Additionally, all staff was friendly and professional at each appointment... 10/10 recommend!
