        Made a purchase online on 10/18. Since I offered to pick it up from their location, I followed up with an email and voicemail. Heard nothing for 5 days. Called again, left messages on a few of their voicemails. Heard nothing. Repeated sending emails and leaving messages. Finally got someone to call me back and they gave me the owner's cell phone number. Called and texted the owner. Heard nothing back for another 2 days. They finally texted me today. Seemed to have no clue about my order. After 45 minutes, they texted me "Sorry, we no longer have that piece, inventory changes daily...". So frustrating. Wonder if they had it a week before when I actually purchased? Never had to work this hard to pick up something I paid for. Worried I'm not actually going to get a refund.
