As a total novice with dancing, I have enjoyed and learned much under Lauras teaching and modeling of global dance moves and routines. She is so passionate about her art and encourages everyone to perform to their highest ability. It is always fun...plus it is a great workout. Equally fun and challenging are the yoga routines and the Thai Yoga therapy. I highly recommend Armentality Movement Arts Center to students of all ages and abilities....

Laura is absolutely amazing in so many ways. I've recently started working with her for a pinched nerve in left shoulder. My initial session I'll call more full bodied The next two sessions Laura used a massage chair. The focus has been on my upper back, shoulders, neck and arms. Relief has been quick and significant. Thanks laura!!

Laura Armenta just gave me an amazing 2 hour Thai-Yoga massage. It was the best Thai massage I've ever received! Laura showed throughout the massage that she was talented and very knowledgeable about her craft. I highly recommend her massage. It
results in better flexibility and an overall sense of improved health.
Laura is simply the best Thai practitioner that I have ever experienced. She keeps my body functional!

I only took the conditioning and conditioning/yoga combo class, but I really enjoyed them. They were a fresh take on some of the same exercises I've done over and over again. Really enjoyed the flow of these classes. Would recommend!
