8th Day Gym - Functional Fitness

This gym is a family and has been my favorite gym for about 5 years now. The energy is always uplifting and encouraging. Highly encourage everyone to stop in!!

I started at 8th day this past year. I was always intimidated because I thought everyone was so fit and I would not be able to keep up...what I have found is that everyone is very fit!! BUT I have also found that everyone is also so welcoming, supportive and motivating! It's a gym that has created the culture of competing with yourself, not others and I really love that! It's challenging but approachable and I am disappointed that I let my own self doubt get in the way for as long as I did!
