Very smooth system! I usually use the Rockford location but tried this one out recently as it's closer. The young woman who drew my blood was very friendly and professional.

Came in for a lab draw, the lab did not get a fax of my lab order even though I was second in line. I waited 15 minutes while the nurse looked and then he said i was not in the system with any reports. I got up early, fasted, and changed Saturday plans to come in. This is a terrible way to treat a patient.

I went to this lab today and the bathroom for patients to use for urine samples was disgusting. The toilet had a black ring around the water line as though it hadn't been washed in months. the phlebotomist were nice and did a good job, but I expect a medical facility to be very clean. It should feel safe and sterile. It did not and I will not go back there again.
