        Check in was a breeze and the receptionist names Luis was super nice. Had to do a 3 hr long test here and they all were great!

        I had a horrible experience at this location. The check in system was impossible to get through and had numerous errors, at no fault of the employees. However, when I went in for a TB test, Casey S stabbed so deeply in my arm that blood poured out and there was shooting pain up and down my arm. A TB test is supposed to be just under the skin, but I had deep bruising for days around the site. When I was supposed to go back in at 3:25, the location online stated it was closed at 3, which needs to be fixed. I had to reschedule to get another TB test, which was completed by Casey once again. I asked for another person, which she said no one else was there, so I let her do it. She was very rude when I expressed the pain I had experienced last time and disregarded my concerns. Overall, a very unprofessional and painful experience, I would not recommend Casey nor this facility overall.
