Saw others' reviews and decided I'd drive an extra few miles to come here. Holy cow, the service was amazing. Everyone is right, Sherry is awesome. Even all decked out in the Covid armor the staff was extremely friendly.

I have been there several times and do not like the sign in process, after you sign in they ask what you are there for, what is the point of signing in if they can't look you up right there? They just have faxes, no computer in the reception area to look you up. It's annoying when someone in the next room starts asking questions or giving facts to the person that you are talking to.

Walk-ins have a decent chance of success as they only schedule 10 appointments per day as of now. (Bring a mask because it's a medical facility the vaccine doesn't count) I walked in right at 6:50 am when they opened for a job drug screening and was signed in and taken care of right at 7am. Sherry and Stephanie did an amazing 5 star job! Respectful, friendly, and helpful. Very impressed by these two professionals. Stephanie and Sherry both deserve recognition from Quest. Sherry has been there for over 30 years and is wonderful! I parked in the lot off College st by the highway and they validated my ticket inside so I wouldn't have to pay. There is also an entrance on Paris st. All in all I'd say it took me 20 minutes from the time I parked to get it all taken care of.

Working for Quest Diagnostic was literally the worst job I have ever had! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. First I had to beg them to start my training. I had to wait a whole month sitting waiting for a response without getting paid. Finally they did it over the phone which made it super confusing to learn what I needed too. I was a medical examiner who would travel to peoples home to preform examination for life insurance polices. They do not pay for mileage and I did not have an hourly rate. I would only get paid for the service. I had to process the paperwork and blood samples and also DID NOT get paid for this. Then I would have to drive and drop it off at a FedEx and still not get paid for this. They literally did not value me as an employee and I was waisting my time by working for this company. They also have poor equipment and is very unprofessional. I can't believe they get away with not paying their employees.
