Red Roof Inn Grand Rapids Airport

This is exactly what's expected from a Red Roof Inn. Pretty good rooms, decent location, and relatively good service. If you're looking for a lovely place to stay, this isn't going to meet your needs but will definitely suffice if you want a cheap place to crash for the night. I will say, one member of my party had a very dirty room and the staff offered a full refund. In general, the rooms arent dirty by any means, but aren't top tier either. Overall, pretty goof place to stay.

I am sorry to see you are not happy, but we do not tolerate hotel staff abusing us. We respect everyone equally and it is sad to see you spent your time cutting down a guest because our expectations were not met. Thanks for revising the abusive comment you wrote. Bed bugs all over took a video of them it smells horrible the place is sketchy I hear dogs all night and their was pee stains on the bed. I had to leave in the middle of the night because of the bugs never come here this place is horrible and smells so bad!
