        Our room was huge. The beds were comfy. Linens were clean. The bathroom was a bit beat up. The toilet paper holder was crooked, and you could see a hole behind it. The shampoo was not attached to the shower wall, just laid up top on the towel rack. We got a room that can sleep 6 but only had 3 towels in the room. The pool was freezing.

        The rooms are really cleaning, housekeeping did a great job. I wiped everything down and didnt see dust on the Lysol wipes. The reason for 4 stars is because of the breakfast. I would eat else where.

        My reservation was canceled with no notice from the hotel on the day of check in. Gave no reason for cancelation. The person I spoke to was rude and condescending. Didn't even apologize for the last minute cancelation. Didn't even seem to care. Might as well have been holding a sign saying "YOUR business is not wanted here."

The shampoo was not attached to the shower wall, just laid up top on the towel rack. We got a room that can sleep 6 but only had 3 towels in the room. The pool was freezing.
