The worst decision we made for our wedding. We initially picked this place because we have always loved it here, and wanted our friends and family to have a great experience. We booked a block of over 10 rooms, including their most expensive suite for our wedding night. The associate Kevin at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met in customer service, and screamed at me and my mother in law on my wedding day. Kevin lied to our wedding party and told them all the parking garage was closed, forcing us all to walk multiple blocks with our gear. He also told our party members all different times for check in, which was a different time than in our contract. He also did not let my husband check us into our room day of, which required me to leave the wedding venue to check us in. The combination of all of these mishaps lost my husband and I precious time on our wedding day, cost us photography time, and cost our wedding party each an extra hundred dollars in parking. We verified the next morning, the garage was never closed. My husband did end up talking to someone in management the day of our wedding, and the hotel's only positive influence in this experience is that they credited our suite for the night. We felt this was a little unfair, given the money we lost on our photographer and all the pictures lost, but we appreciated the effort made by the business. There was no effort to rectify anything for anyone else in our group. We have both worked in retail/customer facing industries, so we understood, to an extent, that only so much can be done. However, our "honeymoon suite" was filthy. There was actual trash on the floor, in multiple places....gum wrappers, straw wrappers, and food left in the fridge. It was clearly not cleaned between uses. The tub and bathroom were covered in short black hairs. Upon checking out, Kevin was also our attendant (which seemed like a weird call on management's part, given we were all checking out at the same time), and his attitude had substantially worsened overnight. He began screaming at my husband, getting more irate, and ended up throwing a stack of business cards at him. Seriously. Whipped an entire stack of cards at his face. Management eventually came over and told me they would be in contact. We were leaving for our honeymoon that morning, so we were not able to stay (or file a police report), but I gave my email and waited for contact to be made. I am a little late on my review but all in all NOBODY CONTACTED ME. EVER. Our group likely spent over $4000 at this establishment. I never heard from management or even the person I booked through. This was May 2023. Still waiting for their manager, Hailey Junod, to contact me.

Okay so honestly this hotel aesthetically is very pleasing however there are a few things you should know. There is NO onsite parking. You have to park in the Monroe parking garage and its literally $45 dollars for a full day.. you heard that right. So make sure you factor that in. The hotel doesnt have any discounts or anything which is unacceptable. Secondly, you can NOT control the temperature in the room. You literally have to go to the front desk. No one tells you this I just had enough of the room being 58 degrees and went to say something. Other than that its okay. The room is modern but for the other two things I mentioned above I dont know if its really worth it. I come here from work on occasion will probably not be staying here again.
