When we first got there are room smelled like dog so bad we are not pet people so that is not a smell we are use too then the lady at the front seat even admitted thats a room they give someone with a dog because of the smell and she doesnt know why we got it then the bed sheets for the pull out where dirty just not a good stay for 163$ not happy will never return

Cold showers, loud rooms, weak breakfast. I travel a lot for work, they have decent rooms but showers are cold. Breakfast is an assortment but it's all premade and poor ingredients. And the walls are thin.

Do not go here if you need good internet for business video calls. I've stayed at probably 200 different hilton hotels, and for a diamond member with premium internet access, this is top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Poorly staffed!!! I am writing this review from a perspective of an employee who has experienced firsthand how the work environment is here. The staffing situation is far from ideal, it is evident that there are not qualified individuals in the positions at the hotel to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly. what is even more disheartening is the noticeable favoritism within the workplace. There are family members, who get other family members positions and treat all other staff poorly. It is apparent that certain individuals are given certain flexibility/privileges over others. Front office manager "kaylee" is all over the place. She has gotten comfortable getting by doing the bare minimum and the boss AVANI SINGH tolerates her disrespect towards others. She is lazy, unmotivated, impossible to work with/around and catches an attitude when she is to do tasks that are in her job description!!! I was let go of this job without any notice at all!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL.. I even confronted the boss Avani Singh and she could not tell me to my face. She never properly trained me, just delegated others who had no desire in helping me to tell me what to do, so you can imagine how uncomfortable that is coming in to a new business. As an employee, I believe in a fair and supportive workplace and Home2suites Hilton falls short in this regard! I would never book here our hotel was gross, and they would just turn over beds to customers even when they were dirty. It was embarassing to work for a company that had no structure. No accountability. Nothing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. Avani Singh runs from confrontation & the staff is oddd.
