EDITED BASED ON RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS: I DID CONTACT PATIENT RELATIONS AND HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING BACK. Morgan helped me have probably the worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Missed discounts and my correct lenses the first try. Forgot to add the transition. Tried to charge me $99 for my contact prescription because of a picture and exam they did not tell me about before hand. Had I known I would have opted out. Showed up at 3:53pm on 1/29/24 and found the building locked with a sign stating out to lunch. With no return time. This was my first time ever going to this company and will most likely be the last.

Morgan is great at fitting Eyewear. Brian is friendly and makes appointment making process easy. Dr Thompson does a thorough eye exam.

After 10 years going threw the same optical office, I finally made a long needed switch to RX Optical and I couldn't be happier! The staff was so welcoming and attentive! Ellie took the time and interest in making sure I left with exact pair of glasses I was searching for and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this location! 10/10
