Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Ive been going to SVS vision for years in various locations but this staff is my favorite!

Unfortunately the customer service here is a reoccurring problem for me and my mom. The front desk attendant specifically has a very rude attitude and is very unwelcoming every time we have had an encounter with her. Ive never had such uncomfortable and awkward conversations with the last front attendant at my old SVS location. If you dont enjoy your job, dont work in customer service, its very discouraging to new customers.

Been a patient there for 30 years. The past few years the customer service has unfortunately gone downhill. From sitting and waiting 45 minutes while the girl sat and talked with a friend before helping my son with his contacts, to being given wrong information, telling me they couldn't fix my daughter's glasses because we got them elsewhere when in fact we purchased them at svs. Most recently taking 3 weeks just to get trial lenses and then charging extra to do a recheck when the prescription was wrong because I was unable to get ahold of anyone for weeks because they were closed all the time, so it's been more than 45 days. It seems it's time to find a new eye Dr for my family. It's too bad because we really like the Dr

Misha was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. She corrected a couple of issue that was know not her fault. Was pleased with the service I received.

Great experience. From beginning to end I appreciated the whole team for a who made me feel like I was the only one there.
