I always have a wonderful experience. The administrative staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. The optical technicians are patient, professional and informative. This visit the doctor came across arrogant and rude. He didn't introduce himself upon entering. He proceeded to bark orders to where he wanted me to look. Finished by saying, "I'll adjust your prescription and you can use eye drops if you have problems, it will all be listed on your paperwork. Any questions?" My encounter with the doctor is why I only gave 4 stars. If the doctor's bedside manner is improved then I would rate 5 stars!
