    Came in for new glasses as I lost old pair. Have been to eastbelt line store previously, and knew they had my prescription. I was informed it had expire and give a appointment for 10:30am the next day. I arrived 5 minutes early as I know paperwork required. Then I sat till 11:05 and watch 3 different ppl get service with the rude eye doctor. When the 4th person was help it was enough for me to rate these ppl a 1 and leave.....won't ever return to this store

    This place is absolutely amazing. I had to schedule an appointment A little late on account of work, because I only had one contact In the nice ladies upfront as well as really hooked me up, I was able to get a pair of glasses and contacts with the discount for a really Price! Definitely 10 out of 10 and I will continue going here. Ive been a happy Eyeglass club member going on four years Now! Yall should give them ladies a raise!

    August 2022-I have never in my entire life experienced the worst customer service ever but at this location! The manager is a, excuse my french (HORRIBLE PERSON)!!! I can only image what the employees are going through while working for this horrible person! This is my first time ever using this company to get my eye exam, glasses & contacts. This is also the last time in life that I use this company again! Out of the 30 years that I have used contacts & glasses I have never heard of anyone forcing someone to use a specific brand of contacts just because they used one as a trial pair! Again as a trial pair! I also stated while at my appointment that I am used to one brand (ACUVUE 2) and that I am happy with this specific brand! The staff stated they didn't have it in stock so I used the Softmed brand as a trial! Once my order came in for my glasses I picked them up at this store location, mind you the atmosphere/Vibe in this store seemed very divided & weird anyway! While speaking with the nice African American lady there, she should be promoted to management ASAP & boot the current manager out! She was very helpful when I asked to get my contact prescription written out or emailed to me so that I can order my own contacts, on my own time! She wrote it on the script pad but I noticed the brand name Softmed was at the bottom but didnt think that I would have a problem. I also noticed while she was helping me, the manager of this store was close by kinda eyeing and over looking our interaction as well, which made me feel like he is a problem to work with! Corporate should interview all employees at this location as well to get what their experience is with that manager and I can put my money on the fact that he is a horrible person to most of them if he treats customers this way! So fast forward to present day October 12, 2022, I finally order my contacts online and the company still came Americas Best to verify the script. The company emailed me not even 1 hour late stating they spoke with the manager and he stated that the ACUVUE 2 is not a valid script and the company couldnt not order this for me! Oh!, what a big inconvenience this is for me as the paying customer! Once again, I have done this for 30 years and have never had a company contact me stating they cannot go on with my order due to my script being invalid! Once again! FIRE this manager ASAP!!!!!! I will be posting this to all social medias and outlets worldwide letting all customers know how we are treated as PAYING customers! Update: 05-18-2023 The Manager is still managing this location! What a horrible site! He should of been fired! Warning to all patrons to this location! WATCH OUT!!!!!! 3-2024 Beware!!!

    Would give zero stars due to the amount of disrespect. I have been coming here since before I was 16, Im now 28. My last experience ruined everything for me. The girl doing my testing was very sweet but could not explain how the tests, insurance & the eye care club work to save her life. After my exam, The second female who was working behind the counters to find my contact sample, which were out of stock, was sitting behind the wall so no one was being greeted when they walked in. She claimed she was placing an order, but Im not sure why she was placing company orders hiding behind a wall to not greet customers that came in, and 2 did after me that were just wondering around looking at glasses. She informed me that BOYCE would be with me momentarily to order new glasses; little did I know, Boyce was not even clocked in yet & was late to work. I am from 40 minutes away now so I make multiple appointment when I come into town. He comes in with his coffee, late & I was irritated by this. I expressed my frustrations of lack of customer service but apparently I am the problem for speaking upBOYCE told me to check his Instagram next time because thats how hell let me know he will be late to work. How cute of him, what a winner, that one!!!!! I now have to stop in without any sign of my sample pack of contacts being inNOT HAPPY ZERO COMMUNICATION BECAUSE THEY ARE UPSET THEY GOT CALLED OUT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SOMEONE THEIR AGE.
