Working with Alex at Bella Bridesmaids was a great experience. She was so attentive to me and worked with me when I found a dress that I liked. She helped me get the perfect dress and it arrived earlier than I expected! I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids.

I have visited the BB Grand Rapids store at least 5 times while planning my own wedding and as a MOH for my best friend for our 2024 weddings. Each time I worked with Alex and was BLOWN AWAY by her customer service. I was looking for a 2nd look for my wedding and she helped me get some LWD samples special ordered so I could try them on before buying. She NEVER made me feel like I was an inconvenience despite my multiple special requests. Out of all the vendors I've worked with to plan this wedding, she has by far exceeded the service and friendliness of all of them. I would highly recommend working with her. You will be in fantastic hands. Alex - I'm so thankful for you and your ability to make one of the big wedding day tasks a relaxing and non-stressful experience!

I found Bella Bridesmaid randomly while on the hunt for good bridesmaids dresses. I instantly fell in love with Alex and her team. I wanted something different than what a David's Bridal could offer. They have a beautiful array of dresses in all kinds of style, fabrics and by so many different designers. Alex made us feel so welcome and helped me narrow what kind of theme and colors I wanted my girls in for my wedding in July. There were some hiccups along the way, but Alex did everything to turn those wrongs into rights. I will defiantly shop here again if I need a formal dress in the future.

Bella Bridesmaids gives great personal attention. They pull dresses based on my preferences, make recommendations, and take pictures so I can show family for input. I've bought two mother of the bride dresses there for my daughters' weddings and have been very happy with my experiences.

I had a wonderful experience with Bella Bridesmaids! My bridesmaids and I had the entire store to ourselves, and we got to pick exactly what we were looking for in the dresses!
