True Society - Grand Rapids

Im so happy to share that Im a True Bride! A few months back I had fallen head over heels for a dress I saw online. I kept thinking about it, and had even stopped by to request a quote. Although I showed up with no appointment, Ashley was happy to assist. Im glad I stopped by because I had to get the dress shipped from another location. There was a $50 shipping fee, but they apply it to your dress if you say Yes to a dress at True Society! Once it arrived and my appointment rolled around, they had put it on the front most mannequin. So stunning! It definitely deserves its own moment. Paula was my bridal consultant that day and greeted me with a smile! I showed her other styles I gravitated towards and we worked on pulling them together. Ultimately, we tried on the dress I had said Yes to first, immediate tears! I tried on ~4 other dresses (although we knew I loved the first). Paula never rushed me and had let every dress have its moment. She grabbed accessories for various dresses and was quick to fluff trains when I asked if she could do a touch up. We decided to wed try on my first again, and without prompting I said Yes myself. Every worker available gathered around and a sweet family nearby! There were so many cheers, tears and cries of happiness in that moment. It was my moment that was straight out of a movie scene. I said Yes over a week ago and cant stop looking at photos. When I see Paula in one she is smiling, just happy as can be! I can tell she loves what she does. Paula and True Society team, thank you for making me feel beautiful beyond comparison. Im so happy I got my final rose with you. Ill always cherish this moment, thank you x100,000. I miss this experience so much already, but am so excited for my dress to arrive !

I had a HORRIBLE time at another place and was nervous to continue to look. I booked a bridesmaid appointment and was NOT disappointed. They blew all expectation out of the water. Our consultant was Rebecca and she made all of us so incredibly comfortable! All of the staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming but she was the icing on the cake! Made it such an enjoyable experience and we are leaving with a dress!!! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!! 12/10!!!

I had a great experience at True Society and found my dream dress! My stylist, Savannah, was immensely helpful throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and confident, which was so important to me on this special day.

This past weekend I said yes to the dress at True Society! Paula was so helpful the entire appointment and was so helpful in picking dresses out to try! She made me feel confident and beautiful in everything I tried on. The set up of True Society where you dont have to walk back and forth to the changing room is so wonderful. Theres curtains that close around the changing area and then they open so your guests can see the dress! 100/10 experience, I highly recommend, especially if youre looking for a boho whimsical dress! They have all varieties and there is something here for everyone!

This was my very first bridal shop stop for a dress & I was beyond impressed with everything and everyone! The aesthetic, everyone being so welcoming, the teamwork, & the selection! We had a long day of going to different bridal stores and this was the first stop on our list, we didnt find the dress the first stop here because I was still getting an idea of what I liked. My stylist and Jill both insisted I should come back when I was done with my other bridal appointments & Im SO glad I did because I found the perfect dress on the second visit that day . My stylist stayed much later than she needed to that day waiting for me to come back later on. Im so thankful for her, Jill, and this establishment. I wish I could remember my stylists name because I would love to give her credit!
