This is an amazing shop. The dresses are all beautiful and the owner does everything herself, she gets you in to their schedule very easily and is very helpful with all needs while picking dresses and fitting your dress.

Did not have a good experience with communication, honesty after messing my dress up, etc. - had to go in twice for a simple hem on a bridesmaids dress and I still left unsatisfied with the work for how mu I was charged. Edited based on response: take away from this, just be honest to your clients when there is a mistake, the respect for that will go a lot further and I would have felt much more at ease about the situation. Instead of telling me they cut the dress and were ordering a new one (which wasnt even guaranteed to get here in time), she lied about having COVID 14 minutes before my appt., when I was already almost there! When I arrived, you said you didnt have my dress there (which it was) - you never gave me the timeline of waiting a week for the new dress because you never told me a new one had to be ordered until I came back a second time to get an answer. She stopped responding to texts and calls when I asked when the soonest I could get it would be as I was anxious to have it after it not being done right the first time and the wedding being only 3 weeks out - I took my dress as is because you lost my trust in that moment that I would actually get it back before the wedding!
