Clean and well stocked

Initially had a disagreement about a towing scenario, but management stepped up and treated us very fairly. We would use them for towing services again.

It's located conveniently next to a lot of coffee shops and food that I go to in Lansing. Sometimes it's free, so that's nice. Otherwise it's just a parking garage.
