        PROCEED WITH CAUTION WOMEN: I brought my car into the EL shop, my front break pads and rotor needed to be changed. They tried charging me almost $600 dollars!! When I told them that sounded pricey and I was going to call my dad, they called me back and said they accidentally pressed the wrong button and dropped the price about $200 bucks. I would not use this service again as they take advantage of women.

        I tried to just get a tail light fixed. First of all, the office person was not very pleasant to talk to. The business hours online are wrong and they dont open until 8. I wasnt able to wait in the waiting area because they dont have people wait in the waiting area.. they told me to drop it off. Mind blown. I left and went somewhere else. Unfortunate awful customer service.

        We were on the last leg of a road trip when our wheel bearings went out. Knocked on Tuffy's door at 7:30am and by 10am we were back on the road. Amazing customer service, good people work here. Shout out to Mark for making room in the schedule for us!

        CAR WAS ROBBED!! While my car was there awaiting service, I was contacted by the Meridian Police Dept. that several items from my car were found discarded near Tuffy's. Owner was unhelpful and dismissive. I would avoid this place at all costs
