    Disappointed, I lived here last year and had a fine experience. But i renewed my lease and moved into a different apartment, and it has not been good. First theyre suppose to look at all the apartments when people moved out and they obviously didnt. Mine was so gross when I Moved in. There was rotting food in one of the cupboards, that caused a ton of fruit flys and maggots. And there was general filth all over my rooms walls. Theres weird stains on the carpet. as well as so many things being already broken that I put in maintenance request in for about a day after i moved in so the 25th of august and they have yet to come to try and fix anything

    Ive been putting in maintenance request since august, now its the first week of October and they still haven't even came to look at any of the maintenance request. My washer has been broken for a week and they dont know when maintenance will be able to fix it.The phone number that they comment seems to be the office building just a different number but Im not sure since they never pick up. The office people are nice but have no clue about anything

    Although the staff is very nice they never have clear information that is correct about anything. I moved out in July and have yet to be sent a money order for the money they owed me back because they added renewal fees that I didnt need to pay for. It has been 8 weeks and they cant give an exact date on when it was mailed or to be delivered.

    I moved here because the bus is convenient and its the cheapest rent I could find. They have a pool, a gym, do events, and their show apartment looks nice. However, actually living here is awful. Upon move in absolutely nothing in the apartment had been cleaned and there was mold under the sink and behind the toilet. Both our washer and our dryer are broken and our toilet has been leaking since move in. We have put in numerous maintenance requests and a MONTH later our toilet has finally been fixed. We still dont have a functional washer or dryer. Weve emailed the property manager, the leasing office, and the property company and have received ZERO communication back. Please, just pay a bit more and live somewhere that actually cares.

    I moved into 25 east this August and have been disgusted and disappointed with every aspect of this place. My apartment was obviously not clean in any way before move in, we found hairs everywhere, crayon all over the walls, MOLD in almost every room, and just a general dirt coating on every surface. On the first day we only had one working toilet that we have to wait over 2 weeks to get properly fixed. Our other toilet has a leak on the bottom and is not secured to the floor properly and has still not been fixed almost 3 weeks later. All of the blinds are broken and cannot be used. We also have not been able to do any laundry as our washer and dryer do not work. The main doorknob to the building has also fallen off forcing everyone to use the door on the opposite side of the building. All my roommates and I have put in multiple service requests and called multiple times and have had little to no contact back from maintenance. If you have a choice to live somewhere else please do. You will be in constant stress over basic necessities living here.
