        Some ppl have to be difficult for no reason! If they stop working that means they stop working! Not, "what do you mean by they stop working!" on top of waiting over an hour for the store to open back up in the middle of the day!

        NEVER ANSWER PHONE! I need an order cancelled and I called so many times for 2 days and nobody answered. Customer service is no help either. I dont understand how hard it is to cancel an order!!!!!!
