The District Parking on Cass Ave and across from Little Caesars Arena - Masonic Temple. I75 Expressway and Cass Ave. Price my change at any given point.

It's not a garage, it's a lot. Easy to find & very close to an entrance at LCA. would recommend parking in this lot. Be advised it's prepay.
