Dont be fooled by the comparably cheap parking rate for big events. I waited 70 min to leave after the show.

The District Parking on Cass Ave and across from Little Caesars Arena - Masonic Temple. I75 Expressway and Cass Ave. Price my change at any given point.

Great price and so close to the arena!

Fairly secure automated parking area. I use it for work. Sometimes you get the occasional home impaired person walking through but they're generally harmless.

It's not a garage, it's a lot. Easy to find & very close to an entrance at LCA. would recommend parking in this lot. Be advised it's prepay.

The lot help wasnt rude so that gives it 5 stars alone for Detroit and disnt lose any parts off my vehicle

Great spot for jury duty. Not that far of a walk and certainly better than the 15-20 youll pay across the street from FMHJ.
