Robertson Brothers has an incredible reputation and they always live up to it! We have been working with them for many years and have always appreciated their top notch approach to building!

This is an update to my original review. Robertson made defective roofs on most homes in our development. Black tar has leaked from the sides of the roof causing significant mess on the roof that migrates on the carpets inside by unsuspecting guests. This was about 3 or so years ago. They have accepted responsibility however they are playing the old nasty trick of blaming the sub-contractor for not resolving the issue. Which is irrelevant to home owners; we only have a contractual relationship with Robertson. What happens between them and their sub-contractor should not have a bearing on the homeowners. I still hope that Robertson comes around and resolves the situation for all homeowners in this neighborhood. Another issue that didn't sit well with me is that Robertson lined up a property management company to take on the neighborhood as the HOA administrator, with whom I believe they have a significant ownership stake. I believe this should have been avoided, or at least the relationship had to be disclosed to homeowners. Below is my original review. My experience with Robertson Homes has been mostly positive. If there was a 4.5 start available that works be the right rating as some things here and there could have been better. I am still early in the process though; no part of my house have been physically built yet. The early steps of the process including contract signing and the selection of options has been very good. One area to improve would be to make the funds held with First Title transparent. I got a couple of phone numbers from them which never answer. Dominic, my sales person, is very attentive and has been great. Overall a great gateway to home ownership.

I bought a new construction 3 story town house in Troy from Robertson Homes. Closing Dec 2020. They have a very good closing warranty processes and provide me good experience with Jamie Berg at Robertson Homes. I recognize Jamie Berg particularly for his kindness and willing to help us with warranty issues. I contacted Jamie for potential fix for the hardwood floor that the gap between the wood panels increased to a quarter inches. I asked for help to fill the gap with some filling materials. But he came this morning and he suggested to adjust the panels to fit better rather than apply a filling material. He found out his tool did not fit in the gap and he modified the tool on the spot by grinding off the edges and was able to fit into a small gap. He finished the job perfectly by moving the panel and eliminated the gap. I really appreciate Jamie Berg for his kindness and willing to help the customers. I recommended Robertson Home to my friend and, my friend, Wonhee Kim, signed a contract with Robertson Homes for a detached condo in Meadows of Troy. I strongly suggest Robertson Home as your future home. They are very responsive customer service from warranty staff. Services: Home building, Flooring
