Built a new home with Pinnacle Homes and moved into the new home in August of 2017. Very poor quality home and Pinnacle is horrible to deal with. Have had problems with the quality of the finishes, floor splintering on the sides throughout the house, front door not closing properly which is now cracking, electrical issues, HVAC issues, etc. They attempt to get out of doing anything, once you move in you have bought the farm and they do not stand behind their product. In speaking to others in the neighborhood they speak of similar experiences. My advice would be to go with a more reputable builder.

Terrible customer relations. Horrible experience with the development in Clarkston. Representative there is unfriendly, difficult to work with, and lacks the personality needed in that position. I suggest a legal review of purchase agreement before you sign!!

I agree with most of the prior negative reviews. I have only been in my new Pinnacle home for a few short months and there are many minor and major defects which tells me that this company does not stress quality. They are also very difficult to get a hold of for even minor issues. The company also owes me money from an overpayment of a sewer bill which they left unpaid for months and that I became responsible for, I doubt I will be reimbursed. Buyer beware!
