awful; if zero stars was possible, i would rate this terrible condo as zero stars; both landarc management and nielsen association are terrible; majority of units are rentals; rentals poorly maintained by absent owners; parking lot is over run by garbage cans left everywhere; big mess; lots of hidden costs because nielsen square was poorly built with low quality materials; what you see is on the surface gives the illusion of a nice condo but underneath the surface are cheap hidden building materials; cheap materials breaking down all the time now that nielsen square is over 10 years old; beware of fees $$$$ rising to replace; beware of high energy bills from cheap building and windows losing energy; not energy efficient at all; carcinogen pce tetrachloroethylene vapors and water contamination in the area; beware
