        Take a nice thing and ruin it with terrible management. They won't be any help unless it's convenient or financially beneficial for them. Also do not be fooled that this is a peaceful neighborhood. Be prepared to put up with incessant construction-level noise of groundwork nearly everyday all day. Which goes along with the running theme that they care about appearances more than their residents' comfort.
