        The only real issue I have with living here is that there is no in-unit laundry. There is one washing machine and one dryer shared by the whole building in the basement, and both of them are pretty small and require quarters to start. I was told today that they will get replaced with updated machines hopefully soon, but it would be really nice to have it in the unit itself. Additionally, some of the balconies could use some updating as they dont seem structurally sound. Despite that, there is good parking and maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests (when they are there. Ive had issues with emergency maintenance because they are not technically with this apartment complex).
