Outstanding living experience with State Street Village. They have the top maintenance service and the teams responsibility and commitment are truly commendable, they made our living environment comfortable. UPDATE: The walls are so thin that you can easily hear any noise next door, including footsteps upstairs, so consider carefully if you are sensitive to noise. Everything was cheaply made. Appliances including washer and plum often break, which made us a lot of trouble, though maintenance service is good.

My partner and I have really enjoyed living at State St village. Its the perfect combination of location and amenities. We are probably the only non-students living here but it is still pretty quiet. We have also had amazing experience with Zontise, the community manager here and when we previously lived at Med Center Court. You can tell she really cares for the community and its residents.
