Traver Crossing Apartments

Have been living here for 9 months. The homes are quite spacious, with a beautiful and quite neighborhood. It is well connected to the University of Michigan and downtown, with city buses and north campus is at a walking distance. The property manager, Jason is helpful and ensure smooth application process and is quick with resolving any issues.

Living at Traver Crossing has been a delight, thanks to the well-kept amenities and the caring community atmosphere. A special shout-out to Jason, the manager, whose kindness and efficiency make everything seamless.

Lived here for a year between summer 2022 and summer 2023. When Jessica was around in 2022, everything seemed alright, but management seems to have gone downhill during the second half of my lease. My many complaints about mold and mice in the apartment never seemed to be taken seriously and remained until I moved out. I'm shocked by the amount of positive reviews considering how many residents in my building also had issues with mice and black mold in the walls, but apparently Traver Crossing now incentivizes positive reviews so take what you see with a grain of salt.
