My roommate and I have had so many horrible experiences here so far. In the warmer months there was an earwig problem, when we moved in the dishwasher didnt work and it took over a month for them to respond to the maintenance request, a pipe burst and they still havent fixed the drywall despite multiple reminders that it needs to be finished. Now that its winter, our heater stopped working. Weve been trying to get in contact for about a week and they finally came to check on it, only to say its a two person job and they cant do it but they still resolved the request. By their own standards (based on their voice message when you call) if temperatures are below 60 and your heater doesnt work, thats considered an emergency. And yet theyre treating us like were crazy for wanting them to do something to fix it. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. If youre apartment hunting, please learn from our mistake and choose somewhere else. This is the worst apartment Ive ever lived in and the communication between residents and the office is horrendous. I would like to see them get better, but I have very little faith that they have the capacity to do so.

We've contacted them about several issues including extermination as there are bugs thar fall out of the attic when we open the attic door and they haven't responded and marked the ticket as resolved. We've had to fumigate on our own. They stopped responding to our requests after we renewed our lease. And the cherry on top is they had the audacity to increase our rent for lower quality of service. The only saving grace is that maintenance is great when the office manages to actually contact him.
100% do not recommend.

Easy move-in process and beautiful subdivision! Rabia, the property manager, has been super helpful in every way. I also met a few of my new neighbors walking around this morning. The whole place has a very friendly atmosphere:)

I visited for a tour of one of the apartments recently and was really satisfied with what I saw. The management was very friendly, supportive, and professional.

Starting my 3rd year here. Its a nice community. It is so convenient to have a washer and dryer in my unit, an option so worth it.
