        Tellers are nice. If you need notary or account setup services there may be a short wait depending on how many people are seated and seeking these services.

        I visit the bank twice a week, every week. Very friendly service. Ramon, the manager, always comes out to the lobby to greet people and see if they need help. Very friendly group of tellers

        I come in for help. I sit. No one says hello or greets me. The manager asks the tellers if I need help. Not me, I'm 7 feet away. Still no one acknowledges my presence. Its awful here.
