        They suck at customer service I've had my account for over 8 years and I go in the other day to withdraw my money and I get questioned like I'm a criminal just because I wanted to withdraw my money and I got asked what I do for work not in a good way very disappointed

        This bank has really bad customer service. I referred my friend to open an account here and she wanted to use their on going promotion that allows a bonus of $200 to $300 for opening account. The manager Tayana Merkina told her she not only has never heard of such promotion but could not open account without making appointment and there was no one in the bank.

        Ms. Uyen Dang was kind, funny, helpful and efficient. Thorough in her explanation of different chequing accounts and was patient when listening to and answering my questions. She even walked me to the ATM to show me how to use the new ATMs to deposit a cheque! Other team members were also courteous and professional. This location has drive through services and free on site parking. Would recommend this location for your daily banking needs.
