Extremely disappointed with billing. Beware: they bill as a hospital. Theres no mention of hospital in their name, office staff didnt mention when booking appointments, and the facility for all intents and purposes operates like a typical outpatient office except when billing. Went for physical therapy and was billed hundreds of dollars instead of a typical copay because of this. Irresponsible for them not to disclose this to new patients establishing care. I tried to communicate this with their providers through MyHealth and by email and phone with billing but no one acknowledged this as an issue.

Was referred here following a visit to their urgent care which was terrible. Orthopedist made me wait in a room for close to an hour after being called in. Did not seem knowledgeable at all when she finally came in. And to add on, CHA billing is a disaster. Have been waiting close to 5-months for an itemized copy of my bill which I still have not received.

I have to wait 20 minutes or longer, when they do answer they start talking and then it hangs up, need better service!!!

If I am able to give this worse rating, I would have done it. This is by far the worst health care provider in Massachusetts and I would recommend against them. The customer services lines are very rude, the scheduling system is a mess, the wait times are horrible. Please do your self a favor and never chose this provider.
